In the Phase 3 IMpower030 trial presented at #WCLC26, perioperative atezolizumab + chemo more than doubled median EFS in resectable stage IIB–IIIB #NSCLC (62.8 vs 34.9 months; HR 0.77). However, the trial missed its primary endpoint.
