Another mistake, another defeat. Insipid at both ends of the pitch. Never a good sign when the goalkeeper is, again, your best performer. #wba

Tough watch. We probably should have scored, but Blues could have had one or two more if not for O'Leary. All a bit untidy and disjointed. We need the Styles/Price dynamic restored - lack spark without it. Need to figure out how to create more in open play when teams are happy to be compact. #WBA

Stats say we had 14 shots. I can't remember that many. Another game where O'Leary's shot-stopping keeps us in it. We lack confidence in possession and just weren't first to the second balls. Frustrating. #wba

Ah well. We had a good start. Now the deficiencies are starting to make themselves obvious. We'll be OK but it's going to be a grind. #WBA
