#QueerPrompts I don't talk about queer history a lot in my stories. So much is tragic and I'm already talking about tragedy.

There are subtle nods towards things (example: in #TFTNG François has a cruel fledgling named Antonio, based on a person that lived a Wild life after abandoning being a nun)

#Octember Austin, Everett, and Esmeralda from #TFTNG. Those three are peas in a pod, and generally get themselves into trouble. Good trouble, but trouble nonetheless.

Everett has probably said something to the wrong guy and Es is fending someone off while Austin drags his sorry ass away 🤣

My own #Sustember answer -- I have used historical fiction in my dark fantasy before. Some of #TFTNG (which I need to be better about tagging) is set in the far past, and there are several points through the middle ages and enlightenment era that are important to Acanthus' story.
