Oh yeah, relatable. I don’t where I’d be without writing. #SpoonieAuthChat
i want someone to block out the world with one of my stories... for just a while not have to bear the intense burden of existence...

I have a lot of dreams, but my only goal is to put my words out there so I can see what happens
Ultimately, my goal is to make an income doing something I enjoy that doesn't feel as soul-crushing as previous career paths I've been down. I don't expect huge success or anything. I just want to feel like I'm pulling my weight for the household.

I've been interested in writing ever since I first learned to write stories for school. Don't remember what age that was exactly. Definitely younger than ten.

Hello #SpoonieAuthChat
Three non-writery things about me:
🍰Hate cooking. Love baking.
🐙I like making crochet plushies. Don't ask me to make you a scarf, though. That's too repetitive for me.
🔢Despite being a writer and editor, I hate crosswords. Give me a sudoku any day!
To eke out a living and entertain. #SpoonieAuthChat
I really want to see my book in bookstores unprompted. I don't care if that means a trad deal or self published success, I just...want people to see them without having to shove them in people's faces myself.
Also, I would love to listen to an audiobook version someday
If I’m gonna be honest, which like, when am I not, my biggest goals are to turn off the noise of nasty people, hang only with awesome people, and truly get back to the love of writing.
I’d love to finish the Iris and the Crew duology and get back to my ’Cosm series! #SpoonieAuthChat
I still want an agent and publisher to go, "Yes, I want to make this book a reality." Doesn't have to be a major company, but I want that experience of someone else being as excited at the words as me.
To create all sorts of novels and comics that inspire people :]

A very rough version of reflame that I shared on tapas which I had to take down because tapas is shutting down in a few months 🫠

First thing I published was actually a nonfiction book: Polyamory and Pregnancy. It was pretty 'what it says on the tin', a guide to navigating pregnancy in a polyamorous relationship. It ended up being the first in a series on practical polyamory stuff.
Chaos! it will be the first book in the B'trayed series AND the first book i ever published! had this dream since middle school and i cant wait to finally make my young self happy!
even if i dont become an instant bestseller ill still be happy to just. finally get it out there
My first publication was in our second grade "newsletter." I tend not to count that, though, as it was 1) an assignment, and 2) printed by my parents.
The first writing I did that was published was ghostwritten for a veterinary company (non-fiction, obviously) 🧵
