Warm & humid this morning. Knee feeling better than yesterday, not perfect but able to pick up the pace a tad. Weekly mileage target exceeded, increasing my buffer for my annual target…but fun comes first

Easy run, short sleeved shirt so I didn’t overheat today . Ran last mile with 2 bunches of flowers & a card bought at the supermarket - it’s our wedding anniversary. A runner’s spouse makes many sacrifices😘
