東京を拠点とするSynspective（シンスペクティブ）社の合成開口レーダー（SAR）衛星を搭載したエレクトロン・ロケットは、今夜米東部夏時間午後11時22分（日本時間19日午後0時22分／現地時間19日午後3時22分／03:22 GMT）、ロケット・ラボのニュージーランド射場から打ち上げられました。
SAR衛星は昼夜を問わず地球を観測でき、雲を透過して地表を捉えることが可能です。
