Abby made it to #HUPO2026

And of course, Abby is already getting some attention at Booth 227. Some of you have already stopped by looking for one.

Good news: we still have a few Abbys with us. So if you’re still at HUPO, you might leave with more than just brochures and flyers. 👀

Step 1: Standardized processing

Each layer - #transcriptomics, #proteomics, #metabolomics, #lipidomics was processed via modality-specific pipelines.
Automated QC, normalization, and imputation eliminated batch effects and technical artifacts before integration.

A few days into #HUPO2026

It’s been great to see familiar faces, meet new ones and hear what people are working on.

We’re still at Booth 227 until Thursday. Come find us if you’re at HUPO 👋

Antibody and MS assays can study the same protein, but they answer different questions.

Antibodies offer sensitivity, throughput and epitope-specific recognition.

MS gives peptide-level information. So why should quantitative MS rely on a single peptide as its reference?
