Outside my apartment I need a #PensionistPorsche due to my massive balance issues that´d made me fall 3 times with several rib fractures every time within only 9 months before I got the rollator in 02/22. No massive walking problems.

Great, the elevator worked, so I could go to Rewe supermarket after my 30 minutes of osteoporosis gyms with my #PensionistPorsche, to return 5 deposit bottles from cola mix and to buy 2 bottles of canola oil (1,69 € for 1 liter).

Good thing is that I don´t have to go outside with my #PensionistPorsche before #Thursday morning, then I´d love to buy a waterproof (impregnated) quilted jacket at Aldi for only 14,99 € in bordeaux. 1 size bigger for thicker tops.

The carpet´s on top of the cloth horse now that´s standing next to the #PensionistPorsche in my corridor, so I´ll be unable to leave my apartment today, which is also why I hadn´t been able to do two laundries yesterday and the day before, I had to go to the pharmacy then.

When I´ve been at Rewe on the other side of the street with my #PensionistPorsche earlier I wore my new comfort shoes from Aldi that I´d bought yesterday for 14,99 €, the shoe laces are only for decoration, the shoes´re elastic, perfect for my stupid feet.

I did my 30 daily minutes of osteoporosis gyms with two 1 kg/2,2 lbs dumbbells that helped me keep an upright spine yet, in spite of 5+ vertebrae fractures, started in summer of 2012, dumbbells added later.
