Last Friday I was a keynote speaker for Health & Care Jersey for their Patient Safety Conference
CEO Tom Walker, GMD Simon West,
Tabetha Darmon CNO alongside senior clinicians Nurses attended the whole conference

Damn right, you ALL failed to protect those babies
As I admitted when I appeared before the inquiry to give evidence, I feel we failed the babies and I apologise to the families for that

I am excited to be starting my journey back to England from Australia
I will be speaking at a Patient Safety Conference in Jersey & also meeting with the @CareQualityComm @NHSEngland
& hopefully the minister overseeing The Oliver McGowan Mandatory training
