Standing next to Heironymous Lex is Armand Christophe (dressed in dull brown leather armour, with a lit torch). It does not seem that Heironymous Lex is capable of turning 90 degrees to his left to find Armand Chirstophe, but that's likely also because Bethesda programmed The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion on the remaining drugs that Michael Kirkbride was on during the The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind days.
