[3/8] Le partage du #Nil reste marqué par l’accord de 1959 : 55,5 milliards de m³ d’eau par an pour #Egypte et 18,5 pour le #Soudan. Les Etats situés en amont n’ont jamais reconnu ce dispositif. L’accord de coopération signé en 2015 n’a pas permis d’établir une gestion commune du fleuve.
