What a joke! #NottinghamForest #NFFC #Football

#nffc look like a good PL team, just had one of those days. Easy to get angry but we looked a really exciting team. Another day we have 4 by half time and the game is done. Didn’t deserve to lose today, didn’t deserve to lose to Cov and should have had 3 points against Spurs. Will come good…

It hasn’t helped, but ultimately IMO it’s our own doing. Awful defending and so wasteful up front. We should have been well clear first half especially #nffc

Looking at the run of fixtures, I don't see a win on the horizon for a while. Maybe Bournemouth 🤷‍♂️

I'm glad I didn't watch or listen to that, but in the grand scheme of things right now the result is low in my list of important things to base how I feel on. Fellow #NFFC fans, make the most of the rest of your weekend (if your work pattern allows).

⭐ Match Ratings: Crystal Palace 3–1 Nottingham Forest

VAR and the ref have done us dirty. Delap may as well have been a potato up front. VAR missed a handball, considering how they guessed to rule one against us previously, this is unforgivable and an offside given with an arm playing on. Then a ref making fouls up and ignoring late tackles. FFS #nffc

Missed chances cost us in South London! #NottinghamForest #NFFC #Football

It'll come, Palace fans will tell you he has a history of poor starts, but it will come good. I mean the stats on that game are mad #nffc

FULL-TIME: DEFEAT

🏁 FULLTIME — Crystal Palace 3–1 Nottingham Forest. Premier League

For my sins I've gathered #NFFC #NottinghamshireCCC #Bengals and #Razorbacks as teams I support

Each one equally infuriating with their ability to snatch a loss from the jaws of victory.

Got what we deserved for dreadful finishing. If you miss chances like that at this level, you pay for it.

Benitez made four saves by standing in the middle of the goal.

Having said all that, mystified why Palace’s second goal stood. Not that it would necessarily have changed the result. #nffc

Share the pain

Played well, but the team is toothless at the moment. Glasner probably should have done more in the window to sign a stronger second attacker to play up with Morgan and Delap.

Worryingly, the system also seems to nullify Morgan Gibbs-White.

Going to be a long 3 months until January.

What a ridiculous game of football. So many well-crafted chances that were not taken, so many scrappy ricochets that were. Nothing to show for a lot of good #nffc football. Sometimes I hate this game.

So frustrating. #nffc

Palace have been very poor, but if you can't score multiple point blank shots then you don't deserve to win. #nffc
