#Lulu are at fault for hopelessly inadequate packaging - it presumably failed twice, from two locations, I think 🤦♂️
And the ‘zon are at fault for just tossing my broken (I assume) package - taking over 1w to report it 😤
@tuftymctavish.com🚚 Interestingly, for this reprint order, I noticed the shipping method was now “Express Shipping”, which seems to be their most expensive option. And that is coming next day, after collection, via UPS.
So #Lulu upgraded me for free. Nice.
Great tracking throughout on both packages actually.

He asked me to wait a few more days (basically 2w from shipment), but as soon as the official ‘lost’ notification arrived from the ‘zon he immediately created a reprint order.
They were super helpful here 👏☺️

I think I selected too vague a ‘reason’ (nothing ideal for “where’s my stuff!”) which triggered an automatic filter 🫤
Top tip: replying to a closed ticket (to ask why) RE-OPENS the ticket!

Large, thick, high quality, hardback, print-on-demand - these are luxury items that take a few days to produce.
