Hansry Fluff Zine Contributor Spotlight!
Introducing brittnodo on Tumblr
#kcd #hansry #hansryfluffzine

Graphic is titled, "contributor spotlight”. A yellow section says, "brittany - writer - @ brittnodo" A circular profile picture of Hans Capon with a cartoon crown and cartoon pair of sunglasses edited on to him on a bright pink background with lightning and sparkles is surrounded by a medieval illumination of a blue vine with multicolored leaves, ending in a swirl. Below a divider reads, “I started writing fic as a kid, stopped for a bit then picked it up again during the pandemic for a small tv show fandom. I like cats, video games, and hansry.” A writing sample reads, “Henry pretends like he too doesn’t want to burrow into the ground and never rise, and instead squares his shoulders, chin lifted in stubborn rebuttal. “I only speak the truth. As long as you keep trying, you can be the kind of knight people will read stories about and emulate one day,” he declares, a foreign fervor overtaking any good sense he may possess, as he reaches to out to grip the side of tub. “You have the bravery and the ideals already. And, of course, you’re handsome and just and –” his voice suddenly stops working, his tongue sticking to his teeth and his eyes widening. He didn’t just…did he just…Sakra. Hans’ bashfulness seems to melt away and his smile twists into a shit-eating grin, which assures Henry he, in fact, just did say too much. “Henry,” he purrs, popping up out of the tub just enough to lean over the edge, their fingers close to touching, “did you just say I’m handsome?”” The writing sample is captioned, “ from “it is what it is””. There is a background of faint handwriting on a paper texture. The handwriting is a transcription of Hans Capon's tale of two knights dialogue from a romance scene in the video game Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. At the corners of the graphic, there are medieval illuminations of colorful leafy vines.

I'm so in love with loving you, that's all I do
Is keep loving you
Where things will change, but I'll always be the same.

#KCD

Hansry Fluff Zine Contributor Spotlight!
Introducing falonwithbenefits on Tumblr
#kcd #hansry #hansryfluffzine

Graphic is titled, "contributor spotlight”. A yellow section says, "erin - writer - @falonwithbenefits" A circular profile picture of a nug, a hairless rabbit-like creature from the Dragon Age franchise, is surrounded by a medieval illumination of a blue vine with multicolored leaves, ending in a swirl. Below a divider reads, “Never been in a zine, but I’ve helped out with them so this is very exciting! I’m Erin, in my day job I’m the Community Manager at 2K Games (if you like Borderlands, that’s me!), and in the evenings I’m just three little guys ina trench coat working on my KCD/Dragon Age crossover. So happy to get to hang out with you all.” A writing sample reads, “Henry’s hands were folded in prayer, and he muttered something Hans was almost certain came from Apotheosis. “And Andraste, dressed in cloth of starlight and armored in moonlight, stood before him, and he was afraid,” he recited by heart, something that impressed Hans more than he anticipated. Taking a hesitant step forward, his presence didn’t seem to bother Henry, if he was even aware he was there at all, so he closed the distance to the mound of dirt, clutching the stems of his gathered contribution. Henry had stopped praying, and Hans could feel his eyes on his back. Already halfway through his decision, he stooped down to set the flowers in a small pile on the center of the grave. Henry continued as before. “The Lady knelt at his side, saying: ‘Arise, Aegis of the Faith. You are not forgotten. Neither man nor Maker shall forget your bravery, so long as I remember.”” The writing sample is captioned, “from “blue skies, green grass, and you””.

Really tryna get into that “It doesn’t have to look perfect, just create.” mindset.

Hansry Fluff Zine Contributor Spotlight!
Introducing apoptoses on Tumblr
#kcd #hansry #hansryfluffzine

Graphic is titled, "contributor spotlight”. A yellow section says, " ryan - writer - @ryan | apoptoses" A circular profile picture of a painting of a man is surrounded by a medieval illumination of a blue vine with multicolored leaves, ending in a swirl. Below a divider reads, “mainly a smut writer so this will be a challenge for me. Horse guy, can joust/do medieval horseback games. Outside of hansry i like hockey, traveling, and historical costume.” A writing sample reads, “‘Hal.’ ‘Mm?’ ‘I’d like very much to kiss you now, but I think I can’t roll onto my shoulder without shouting in pain. And then all of Horschan will come running out to see who’s died and spoil our good time-’ Hans begins. Henry lets out a put upon sigh, as though he’s a mummer in a play, and pushes himself up onto his elbows. He peers over the slope to the road, checks for passersby, but there’s no sound of carts or sight of villagers near. The grass whispers with his movement as he shifts closer, turns onto his hip and slots up against Hans’ side. ‘Lucky for you,’ he murmurs as he strokes the backs of his fingers over Hans’ cheek. ‘I live to serve my lord.’ A stupid line. Mostly a joke, but Hans goes pink all the same.” The writing sample is captioned, “from ‘This Troublesome Mind”.

It makes me laugh a lot that this was supposed to be a very simple and silly sketch to distract me between pages of the one-shot story I'm doing for the third volume of Manga Espresso BUT THERE WE ARE.

ready to be printed.
