Can you access the new `juliaup gui` on macos with juliaup installed with brew?

I just get an error: GUI binary not found at '/opt/homebrew/bin/juliaupgui'. The juliaupgui component may not be installed.

I think 1.13 syntax highlight system is intended as programmable interface, so there's a bit of additional work for people who just want repl highlights out of box.

I can see there being a Julia module for syntax/repl styling collection in the future, which could be interesting.

If you were using Julia for any production stuff I'd hold off on updating to 1.13 for now.

Running into strange errors if my config/startup.jl contains references to OhMyREPL, and also running into bunch of precompilation errors in different environments I didn't see before update.

Also looks like juliaup ships with gui - I have mixed feelings about that one. Is anyone not using juliaup because of cli?
