Changing room access for JMoF 2027 requires advance registration and a fee.
Registration opens today at 21:00 JST or later via the “Event Store” on ConCat.
No same-day sales. Spaces are limited, so please register early.

[Changing in a Parked Car]
You may change in your car at the Aichi Sky Expo parking lot. Airport and hotel parking lots cannot be used for changing. Please make sure you use the correct parking lot.

[Official Hotel–Venue Access]
You may walk on the sidewalk between the Official Hotel and venue in costume. It is about 700 m (10 min.).
An attendee-only shuttle is planned; details will follow.
If security, venue staff, or police ask to verify your identity, promptly uncover your face.

【公式ホテル～会場移動について】
公式ホテルから会場までは着ぐるみ着用のまま移動が可能です。
ホテルから会場までは約700ｍ(徒歩約10分)です。
ホテルから会場間は参加者専用のシャトルバスを運行する予定です。
シャトルバスの詳細は後日お知らせします。
※施設従業員、警備員、警察官から顔の確認等の要請があった場合は速やかに応じるようお願いします。

[Staying Safe While Traveling]
You may remove your fursuit head or hands outside the changing room and Headless Lounge.
When traveling between the hotel and venue, remove your head as needed.
If you feel unwell at all, do not push yourself.

[Shuttle Buses]
A shuttle bus for JMoF attendees is planned between the official hotel and venue.
Toyoko Inn also runs a shuttle to Chubu Centrair Int’l Airport. Fursuits are not allowed on the airport shuttle, so please be careful not to board the wrong bus.

[Where Fursuits May Be Worn]
Please do not enter facilities other than the JMoF venue or official hotel while wearing a fursuit.
In particular, entering airport facilities with your face covered is strictly prohibited.

[Identity Checks]
Venue or hotel staff, security personnel, or police may ask to confirm your identity by seeing your face.
If asked, promptly remove anything covering your face, such as your fursuit head, and cooperate with the identity check.

[Participant Badge]
When wearing a fursuit, always wear your own participant badge in a clearly visible position on the front, both inside and outside the event area.

If you will receive your badge at the venue, please collect it before putting on your fursuit.

[Travel Between the Official Hotel and Venue]
You may travel in fursuit between Toyoko Inn Chubu Int’l Airport No.2 and Aichi Sky Expo.

【移動中の体調管理について】
着ぐるみのヘッドや手のみの着脱は、更衣室・ヘッドレスラウンジ以外でも可能です。
ホテル⇔会場間を移動の際も、ご自身の体調に合わせて適宜ヘッドを外して移動してください。
少しでも体調に違和感を感じる場合は、絶対に無理をしないでください。

【シャトルバスについて】
公式ホテルから会場まで参加者専用のシャトルバスを運行する予定です。
専用バスとは別に東横インから中部国際空港とを結ぶシャトルバスも運行されています。
中部国際空港行きのバスは着ぐるみ着用のまま乗車できません。お間違えないよう十分にご注意ください。

【着ぐるみ着用制限エリアについて】
JMoF会場や公式ホテル以外の施設に着ぐるみ着用のまま立ち入ることはご遠慮ください。
特に、顔を覆ったままの状態で空港施設に立ち入ることを固く禁じます。

【本人確認について】
会場やホテルの施設従業員、警備員、警察官などから、顔を確認しての本人確認を要請される場合があります。
要請があった場合は、速やかにご自身の顔を覆うもの（着ぐるみのヘッド等）を外して本人確認にご協力ください。
