It's very rare I take a night off since the other guys discontinued the "Essential Service" to keep you all up-to-date with the goings on in the news.

Every now and then, my Aspergers Syndrome/ADHD takes over meaning I need to rest up otherwise I burn out and I'm no use to anyone - including myself.
