We are excited to be taking part in the Gundam Assemble - Online Zaku Painting Showcase! Lindsay has begun her painting journey by unboxing the Zaku that Bandai sent. Stay tuned for more WIP updates! #GundamAssemble #GundamAssembleShowcase #GundamAssemblePainting #GundamAssembleHobby

The Zaku II for the Gundam Assemble Zaku Painting Showcase is back together. The fix is not perfect, but with the battle damage I am planning, it should blend in.

I was doing the first layer of shading for the Gundam Assemble Zaku Painting Showcase and then this happened. The glue bond of the pose modification I made gave up. I still got most of the shading done though.

Here's the next WIP video of my Gundam Assemble Zaku. This video I go over the steps I took to get the mini base coated. I'm going with a traditional MS-06 Zaku II scheme for this project.

Hey everyone!

Sharing more work on Char's Zaku today. Primed and undercoated for slap chop painting later. I probably did the white paint a little thicker than needed but it should work out

Glue is a mistake! Gundam Dis-Assemble is all you need.

Bandai sent me a zaku for the #GundamAssemble #GundamAssembleShowcase painting contest!

The minis assemble solidly without glue! Dont let the hobby intimidate you, grey plastic is still fun and you should play with them however you like!

I freehanded some markings on the shoulder armour of the Zaku II for the Gundam Assemble Zaku Painting Showcase.

Hey everyone!

Stopping by to show off a cool thing I'm working on. I got the chance to build a Gundam Assemble Char's Zaku II as part of Bandai's showcase. I'll be posting the WIP pics here❤️

Warhammer fan tries Gunpla?

Here's my first video in a series of WIP updates for getting this Zaku model ready for the Gundam Assemble Painting Showcase. Here I focus on build and model prep.

Tad Archaic, but I wasn't fussed on the sides of the base being bare too, so I just took the red and blacks from earlier and made the Rook Pattern around the Rim
#GundamAssemble #GundamAssembleShowcase #GundamAssemblePainting #GundamAssembleHobby.

I've always sucked at eyes (Sorry little guardsmen) but I gave it a fair go, mixed the various reds with the air white scar to brighten them up a bit and we'll see how it dries
#GundamAssemble #GundamAssembleShowcase #GundamAssemblePainting #GundamAssembleHobby.

Now time for the "fun" part
Thinking a more Red mono-eye for the Rook Theme so we'll stick with Mephiston once the Abbadon base coat dries in

Course Corrected, tidied up the areas and darkened it back down again, you learn more from your failures than your successes
#GundamAssemble #GundamAssembleShowcase #GundamAssemblePainting #GundamAssembleHobby.

Forgot the chest when I did the gold highlights so we got them now, Quick drybrush to correct the blacks and Reds and we should be gold

Dawn'd Stone
We'll let it dry in and go over in eshin again, same as the wild rider, but WIP is all Progress
#GundamAssemble #GundamAssembleShowcase #GundamAssemblePainting #GundamAssembleHobby.

Might've gone a tad heavy on the wild rider but this is a WIP, we take the mistakes and continue the WIP

With work and our 1st anniversary event trip I didn't do too much work this week
But I did find these wee army painter flowers and shrubs to add to the base, make the muddy side a bit more vibrant
