Get that fat derg fix

Alligator.

Another uncanny Goonyan

Yeah. I think I might as well do this

@puyorca.bsky.social Oct 6, 2026, 4:34 PM

Why in the—

Alright, rant incoming: I hate when stuff necessary to continue on a site just doesn't show up. I hate when something that I hope is free ends up not being free and you have to find a way to pay for it before you can continue. Can we just have even a single moment to verify ourselves and be done with it?

@puyorca.bsky.social Oct 6, 2026, 4:23 PM

A cat to restore faith

Cats really can be a good comfort.
(Basically any pet can, but cats are the best)

I guess we both need it

Everyone having a tough day (or past few days) gets a hug from me through this. I'm having a tough time, too. I want it to end, too. Things are going to get better eventually.

Well... Damn

Somehow I thought of a Miku reference (from the anthology) almost from memory but tweak it to fit Goonya Monster more

@puyorca.bsky.social Oct 4, 2026, 4:25 PM

A cat a day

Da boy be a beast

I thought something involving a Kongto transformation was in order, that's all

@puyorca.bsky.social Oct 3, 2026, 10:18 PM

I think I thought this through too much

This is admittedly my shittiest Slugray drawing and I gave up on trying to make it better in any way, shape or form

So yeah, sorry it's not as spectacular as basically everything else Slugray I've done, lmao

@puyorca.bsky.social Oct 3, 2026, 6:02 PM

Dat good snack be like

Yeah, yet another Hachune Miku book reference

I've been seeing these things that look like fried chicken but really aren't lately. One is this caramel-covered chocolate cream candy, and then there's this ice cream that looks like it with a chocolate bone, and I got a thing of the former today, and I'm gonna try it. I'm sure it's gonna be good

@puyorca.bsky.social Oct 3, 2026, 4:08 PM

Gull. What the fuck.

He's gone around naked at least once. Right?

@puyorca.bsky.social Oct 2, 2026, 11:31 PM

I should be sleeping, but I'm not because I'm doing things

I was watching/listening to YouTube videos of people reading and laughing at things, then one about AO3 memes while drawing this.

Anyway, new Moray trivia, they've lost so much sleep from working so much that when they do sleep enough, it's really deep and almost concerning

Anyway, Slugray at least tomorrow

@puyorca.bsky.social Oct 2, 2026, 5:37 PM

Belly...

...Maybe there's still some Goonya Monster lore that still needs to be uncovered.

If that's the case, I hope the spin-off games can in some way (Well, we kinda did with some of them ("Toad's Soul Hopper" giving us a hint of some of what Anemone did during Toad's time in Team Virus, "Snail's Knock Out!" canonically takes place a couple months after the original game (and I think in a way "Slug's Sister Defense" would, too, and it would probably even be a sequel; but maybe all the spin-offs would take place at some point after the original game), so all we really need is at least a little crumb of more backstory for Anemone and Orca with their respective games)

This Goonyan came to me in a dream, and if this leads to me drawing a series of uncanny Goonyans...

Here’s to a hopeful future

Everything has their ups and downs. Every struggle has a payoff. Even if the result ends up not as happy as you wanted, there's still something good to come out of it: that at least you don't have to go through it anymore.

Take this to heart.
