Don't think I talked about it much, but I absolutely love Ghibli movies. My bff and I have been walking through Miyazaki's filmography the last few years, with only two movies left now, Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away, the big ones.

My bff and I continued watching Miyazaki with Porco Rosso. One of my bff's favorites for aviation.
To me, it has similar vibes as Kiki's Delivery Service, grounded yet a bit mythical, low stakes, though this one's much more adventurous with darker undercurrents.

Funny story, my bff and I have contrasting opinions about two Miyazaki films. The Wind Rises is something I consider odd and weird while he loves it; The Boy and the Heron is something he considers odd and weird while I love it.
