Today I might just cut out my final Landers in this Liberty denim. This was a real Find at the Fabricabrac, and so funny because I'd been eyeing up that denim when it was for sale retail. I managed to talk myself out of it then regretted it 😂 got it in the end!

Right! All done with the Helen's Closet Cameron. I split the box pleat into two knife pleats of the same size to add fullness, blended from chest to wider hip and adjusted hem accordingly, and did a narrow shoulder adjustment/added a little to the sleeve cap. #sewing #garmentSewing

Because I’m making so many, I’m running it assembly line style. Unfortunately only got to about the fifth step before I had to go to work this afternoon, but should be able to get this batch done tomorrow (if the sewing machine cooperates)

I've been enjoying cutting my tiniest liberty scraps into very cute tags. I do a batch up every so often between projects, then I've got a nice stack to sew in, no muss no fuss #garmentsewing

18 tags and 2 cardboard templates for this tags. Some of the tags are a purple, black,cream abstract leaf print and some are white with a tiny leaf print. Some are small landscape format tags and some are tall portrait ones.

I finished the blouse. It fits me perfectly so I hope it fits my mom. We are usually the same size. The shorts are loose and super high waisted so I think they will fit her. I am visiting her in October for her bday. I guess the shorts (outfit) will be to wear in the spring. #sewing #garmentsewing

In-between project, turning an unwanted shirt into bias tape.

Roll of 2" bias tape, rolled on a card.

I might double-fold and iron if a project requires, or just use it like this

I made up another #patternemporiumonrepeat woven tee. I had only a short length of this fabric and I was delighted to get this out of 1.1m. I could have done longer sleeves but I wanted to try the short. It really feels like a tshirt, I love it. And such a pleasant speedy sew #garmentsewing

I’m working on sewing a blouse, possibly to be a gift for my mom to go with some shorts that I sewed for her last year at this time, which was right before I broke my hip/femur and stopped sewing. Maybe some of you remember when I posted these shorts this time last year. #garmentsewing #sewing
