You write [Numeric(), Max(100)] on a numeric field, and 500 passes.

Max was measuring the string, not the value: three characters fit in 100.

Magic 0.0.22 fixes it. Min and Max read the number when the field has Numeric or Integer, as Laravel's getSize does.
