Since Republicans ended ACA subsidies, #FightingFifth constituent Terri-Nichelle Bradley is facing a $1,000+ health care premium, going uninsured, and struggling to afford coverage for her employees.

Small businesses deserve better.

I joined my Divine Nine colleagues to talk about the long history of Black civic participation, from voting rights in the #FightingFifth to protecting free and fair elections today.

Show up. Speak up. Speak out. History is still being written.

Homeownership is about opportunity, building generational wealth, and having something to pass down. That’s why I hosted “Keys to the Cookout: Unlocking Homeownership in Black Communities” at #ALC55. We’re working to make safe, affordable, desirable homes accessible to families in the #FightingFifth

Hispanic Heritage Month is an opportunity to celebrate the rich cultures, histories, and achievements of Hispanic communities throughout the #FightingFifth and across our country.

This month, we honor the generations whose resilience, and leaderhsip continue to strengthen the country we share.
