Around 32 million ducks & geese are farmed for foie gras in the EU.

This brutal force-feeding practice must end along with their cruel confinement in cages.

The @ec.europa.eu has committed to #EndTheCageAge by the end of the year.

It must keep its promise🦆

On foie gras farms in the EU, most ducks & geese are kept in cages during the brutal force-feeding stage.

Keeping them in cages restricts movement, prevents natural behaviours & can cause aggression.

👉 1,4 milióna ľudí žiada koniec tejto krutosti — deväť z desiatich Európanov a Európaniek súhlasí, že klietkový chov musí prestať.
Komisia ho môže ukončiť kedykoľvek – stačí zverejniť návrh zákona včas a poslednú sliepku vyslobodiť z klietky do roku 2035.
