A huge game for Derby County Men's this lunchtime as they take on Birmingham City at Pride Park. After a hugely disappointing defeat in midweek The Rams need to put in a much better performance. A win today is an absolute must.

I don't like to call for a manager's sacking BUT if we lose on Saturday at home to Birmingham then I think Eustace's position becomes untenable. I want to be proved wrong but based on performances so far I don't hold out much hope

FULL TIME

Derby 0-1 West Brom

Derby may have played against 10 men for most of the game but did nothing to capitalise and are subjected to a deserved defeat. West Brom were excellent even after going down to 10 and deserve their victory.

The Rams go in at the break a goal down but also a man up after Pereria was sent off for two bookings. Can Derby turn it around in the second half?
