Incident update: yesterday I observed this same individual put another man in a headlock. Today he approached as if to hug me. I was concerned he might be testing whether I’d allow the same closeness. I kept distance, backed away, and left. Intent unknown. #DAB

Incident log, Tennessee & Basin, Sept. 30. I’m documenting only what I personally observed. During an unwanted approach, I used an open palm to maintain space and backed away. No claim about motive. #DAB
