You are especially sensitive to sound and vibration, so much so that you can sense your environment within a short distance regardless of your ability to see.

@lostcompanypress.bsky.socialThe focus step might be my favourite. Full ability trees, tier by tier, so you can see exactly where a focus leads before you pick it. This one is Controls Beasts.
@lostcompanypress.bsky.socialCharacter creation is an eight-step walkthrough, starting with genre. Dungeon Fantasy, Swords & Sorcery, Hard Sci-Fi, Space Opera, Post-Apocalypse, Superhero, and more.
@lostcompanypress.bsky.social🤔 What Cypher System descriptor is this?
🛡️⚖️ "You are trustworthy, fair, and forthright. You try to do what is right, to help others, and to treat them well."

@adamheine.com3594 - I'm thankful for a fun Cypher one-shot with some folks I don't normally get to play with. I do wish GMing weren't always so nerve-racking for me, but I'm glad I have the resources to do it anyway, because I love the game! #gratitude #TTRPG #CypherSystem
@lostcompanypress.bsky.socialIt's Cypher. It handles this genre too.
The real ID is the dangerous one. Two fakes is caution. One real is a liability.
That's Neon Rain: cyberpunk.
@lostcompanypress.bsky.socialMCG books are worth it for the art alone, and the games are good too.

@deadunicornclub.bsky.socialLet's talk Slaves of the Machine God!
I just dropped a short diving into this atmospheric Numenera adventure: youtube.com/shorts/f5MVZ...
I have to know—who here has actually played through this one? Did it go as planned, or were there "intrusions"?
@lostcompanypress.bsky.socialYes, Cypher does this genre too. 🎲
A dedicated tea-warming spell is a real build choice and the cosiest line on any sheet.
That's It's Only Magic: modern magic.

@adamheine.com3590 - I'm thankful for yet another realization regarding my anxiety and running TTRPG games. (Today's realization: I'm afraid my players won't like it when I introduce obstacles, but introducing obstacles is literally the GM's job!) #gratitude #TTRPG #CypherSystem
@kaibascom.bsky.socialSo much fun playing Numenera last night on the last day of Cypher Con! My first time using the Cypher2.0 rules! Great intro to the changes! Also, I love the updated character creator - and amazing for keeping track in game! I have to show off my EGL coord too! 😊
