My college had a Personal Project Expo, and I got to show off my #ISA + #emulator and #programmingLanguage + #compiler project: SubSky!

It went well! Mine tied for second place, out of 10 entrants.

For the expo, I started writing a tutorial for SubSky […]

⚙️ #TypePHP by #Swoole is an ahead-of-time compiler that turns #PHP source into C++17 and then native machine code. No interpreter, no OPcache, no JIT warm-up #opensource #compiler

Big milestone for my vybe #wasm #compiler and runtime, 90% of 110,000 tests pass, 18 languages.. still a long way to go and very buggy but yay #buildinpublic language interop coming along nicely

2M lines of #code later vybe #wasm #compiler up from 50% of 10K tests pass to 90% of 110K. More compliant w/ WASM/ECMA, the idea: show #coding languages can share 1 runtime: call powershell from bash/cobol from fortran, only way to run vb winform on mac (probably linux).
