We've been perfecting (ahem) ginger wine for, well, decades. It's always a coin toss how they turn out when aged in tropical conditions. It could be sweet, dry, slightly sparkling, booze heavy...

This is a 6 yr old batch. Surprisingly dry. Around 16-20%abv. Very clear for a homebrew hooch #Booze

Booze bottles in the USA got switched to the metric system about 40-50 years. The Quart bottle was replaced by the Liter bottle. The Fifth bottle was replaced by the 750 ml bottle.
