"Dear Old Donegal" is an Irish-#American song popularised by American singer #BingCrosby and written by Steve Graham. The song has an 'upbeat' rhythm and is meant to be the words of an Irishman returning to his native #CountyDonegal after becoming successful in the United States.

BRING ON BING (1932) 12:45pm on #TPTV

Lots of great trivia about that game including: #YogiBerra played left field, #CaseyStengel left #WhiteyFord on the bench, & neither team recorded a strikeout. Film of the entire game was found among the possessions of #Pirates fan & part owner #BingCrosby years after he passed. I love #baseball!
