The caricature is a bold, colorful wake-up call about workplace dignity, corporate hierarchies, and the human consequences of restructuring.

During an intimidating HR meeting, he is pressured to consider his future. After several rounds of negotiations, he receives an exit agreement but decides not to accept it.
What follows is a troubling sequence of events: increasing isolation, limited communication from management, and eventually dismissal. Although his employment officially continues until December 31, his job title is downgraded after the termination notice.
The illustration contrasts corporate language about restructuring and leadership with the employee's actual experience.
But this is not a story about helplessness.

The employee stands confidently, questioning a system in which organizational power can overshadow respect, fairness, and human dignity.
The message is clear: Companies may need to restructure. Positions may disappear. Employment relationships may end. But none of these decisions justify intimidation, humiliation, or disrespect.
The European Union symbols connect this personal experience to the broader debate about protecting employees from psychosocial risks at work.

The caricature challenges the idea that authority automatically means good leadership. True leadership requires responsibility, communication, and respect, especially when difficult decisions must be made.
Ultimately, the image is not about one employee losing his job. It is about questioning what society has come to accept as normal workplace behavior.
