If you’re hurt at work, we’ll probably start with a workers’ comp claim, but we won’t stop there. When you come into our office, we look for every practical way the law helps you get paid, get treated, and stay on your feet.

🩺 Can I see my own doctor after a work injury?

It depends. If you predesignated your doctor before the injury, you may be able to see them. If your employer uses an MPN, treatment is generally provided within that network.

“Sixteen Tons” still tells the truth: workers give their bodies, corporations take the profit, and the system leaves families carrying the pain. I sang this for every miner and injured worker America has pushed aside. WORKERS WON’T BE SILENT.

Workers of every race and immigration status face this race to the bottom—and immigrant workers carry extra fear when injury, wages and status collide. Universal healthcare cannot replace wage loss, employer accountability or due process. We need BOTH. #WorkersComp #LaborRights

Workers’ compensation is more than another business expense. For contractors, the right coverage can help protect your crew, your cash flow, and the business you’ve worked hard to build. Know what your policy covers before you need it.

In workers’ comp and personal injury cases, witnesses can help explain what happened if the details are questioned later. If someone saw what happened, get their name and phone number if you can. If you were hurt working outside, you can’t rely on memory alone.
