Valtor walks through the city, passing people opening their businesses for the day and others exhibiting strange behavior. He wonders why, but quickly returns his focus to planetary destruction. He'd like to destroy the technology planet first and cut Domino's project short.

Valtor decides tostand and watch the sunset over the city while he senses people in the hotel coming and going. He stays there all night, seeing people and vehicles moving the whole time. The guests do the same. It doesn't matter when he leaves and returns, then. He'll leave now.

Valtor looks out the large window overlooking the city and sees that the sun is starting to set. He'll need to figure out what the best time to leave and return will be. For now, he'll spend the night here, seneing the other guests. He'll find the optimal time to leave that way.

Valtor senses what appears to be a giant inn near a fairy school in the center of the city. He'll stay there. Since no one is levitating or flying, he concludes he should walk there. He does, sticking to the sidewalks as the other people do.

Valtor walks to and enters the city. This wasn't like the witch city. He can sense that many different people live here: fairies, those without magic, and a few witches. He's happy to know there are still witches in the universe. Not all of them died on the prison planet.
