A 5 y old kid comes in with pain in the middle of his/her sternum. Started while he/she was jumping on his/her trampoline and fell. #POCUS shows a classic double line sign in the middle of the sternum, indicative of a sternal fracture. Only 2 mm of dislocation, no X-ray needed. #EMIMCC
