Our first Z, an excellent few days in Warsaw being tourists and this morning we went to Zalew Zyrardowski to run our first Polish #parkrun on the 15th anniversary of parkrun in Poland (that wasn’t planned). Great people, great atmosphere.
Will definitely be back

Bushy #parkrun this fresh morning with lovely sunshine, friends and family, and pace makers. No wonder I was inspired to achieve my best time this year and to get up to third in my ancient age group.

Catford #parkrun 371 saw 285 runners and walkers finish in glorious autumnal conditions. There were 56 1st timers, with 5 doing their very 1st parkrun. There were 38 PBs. As always, a massive thank you to the 29 volunteers who made it all happen!

I’m on a quest to get my 5km time back to under 24 minutes. My PB is 22 minutes. And I haven’t been down under 24 for some time.

Shifted some weight and done some training and managed to squeak in the Severn Bridge Parkrun in 24:12 this morning.

Nearly there.

BoC #ParkRun time again #RunningPunks. One of those days - knee twinge at first corner, walked some sections, forgot my barcode. But on the plus side, plenty of running buddies this morning, weather is gorgeous and random tunes were cool. (Although a double bill of Rocky tunes was ironic) 🤘
