Day 103. 📧
I expanded the Nextdoor email list.
Executive Team: no bounce-backs so far. ✅
My attempted Board emails: bounced. 😬
The request remains simple: send the detailed Insights reports—or tell me they aren’t available.

Day 102. 📊
I published my own numbers—the good and the ugly.
2.5K visits.
2.7K pageviews.
97.31% bounce rate. 😬
80.1% from China. 🇨🇳
I don’t know everything, so I share the data and ask questions.
Why can’t Nextdoor?
Day 101. 🏘️
Our reviews, recommendations, data & local knowledge are a commodity.
If Nextdoor can monetize what neighbors provide, why shouldn’t neighbors share in the value?
Until then: stop supplying the commodity.

Day 101. 🏘️
@Nextdoor said it: “The person behind [the post] is doing the work.”
Exactly! So why shouldn’t neighbors share in the value their work creates?
My petition still has ONE signature—mine. 😂 Who’ll be #2?

My Nextdoor petition has ONE signature. Mine. 😂
So instead of pretending it’s taking off, I’m asking: What am I missing?
Should neighbors share in the value/profits their data & knowledge help create?

Day 100. 🎯 Triple digits.
100 days asking Nextdoor for detailed Insights data it said readers could request.
Still waiting.
The original request was tiny.
The case study it created is enormous.
Day 99. ⏳ Tomorrow we hit triple digits.
A company’s stock isn’t just about financials. Leadership, reputation, communication, and credibility matter too.
After 99 days of waiting for Nextdoor’s promised Insights data, that’s worth discussing.
Day 98. ⏳
I started this journey looking for Nextdoor’s data.
98 days later, Nextdoor’s response has become its own data. 😂
And the Neighbor Value-Sharing petition is LIVE. Sign it. Share it.

Day 97. 📈
NXDR had a good week: $2.38 → $2.49.
Meanwhile, my request for Nextdoor’s detailed studies is about to get another email.
97 days later, I’ve learned something:
Unfinished tasks collect interest. 😂
Will the studies arrive before Day 100?
Day 96. 🏘️
📈 NXDR: $2.48 — no gain, no loss.
🤫 Nextdoor Communications: pretty quiet.
📣 The Neighbor Value-Sharing petition: LIVE.
Our data. Our time. Our value.

📈 NXDR has been climbing. As a shareholder, I like that.
But what if one of Nextdoor’s most valuable assets is our information?
Reviews. Recommendations. Local knowledge. Our time.
The petition is live. Sign it & share it. 👇

Been there. Done that. #NextDoor is awful because it caters exclusively to neighborhood, GOP bullies.
Nextdoor is playing Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon. 😂
Publix Super Markets made PEOPLE’s 100 Companies That Care. Nextdoor didn’t—but celebrated because an employee used its app while helping a neighbor.
Don’t borrow the spotlight. Earn one.

Ten days ago I posted on #Nextdoor asking for referral to places that sell inline skates in my area, besides a local sporting goods shop that I know doesn't carry what I want.
So far I've received three replies:
1.) A dumbass Nextdoor AI that recommended the sporting goods shop, but warned me […]
Nextdoor appears to have turned LinkedIn comments back on. 👏
I've provided plenty of feedback, so when I see a positive change, I'll acknowledge that too.
Backtracking can be progress. Nice move, Nextdoor.
Day 91. 📧
Another email sent to Nextdoor.
The question hasn’t changed: Can you provide the detailed Insights data your own reports said was available—or explain why you can’t?
91 days. One question. Still waiting.
Day 90. 🚪
Who is Nextdoor really serving—neighbors, businesses, advertisers, or shareholders?
Trying to make everyone happy gets complicated when they want different things.
NXDR closed at $2.27. The bigger question is what drives it higher.
