Among US children with #Myopia, highly aspherical lenslet spectacle lenses reduced myopia progression and axial elongation over 24 months vs single-vision spectacle lenses.

RCT on myopia control: 159 children (6-12 yrs) received either highly aspherical lenslet (HAL) or single-vision (SVL) spectacles. Over 24 months, HAL group showed significantly less myopia progression & axial elongation. Graph illustrates HAL's flatter curve. CSER: 0.64 D, AL: -0.24 mm.
