Yes, and that was an entirely accurate warning. Had we voted Yes in 2014 we would have left the UK and the EU on the same date in 2016. The UK didn't leave the EU because of #indyref, we left because of a completely separate vote two years later. I know what I'm talking about too, mate.

I’ve added more data looking at Yes support among those who didn’t vote in the 2014 #indyref. It has climbed from just over 50% in 2018 to 70% this month.
Worth also noting that, while in 2018 this group made up just 4% of voters, they now make up around 27%.

Let’s hope this is soon.

When I heard that the Scottish Government was looking at local government reform my mind immediately went back to this ERS Scotland report from before #indyref. I was fortunate enough to be part of the round table process which tried to pull together the outcomes of the people's gathering.
