Holo edit for a follower :3

My edit workflow has apparently improved considerably somehow, since I cranked this out in 2 hours XP

🌾 Day 7 🌾

This time I tried a different reference/pose. It was fun puzzling out the differences in face direction, finding the proper shapes for it. Had more time so took a stab at using an inking brush. Today I might focus on accurate proportions again.

🌾 Day 6 🌾

I was actually not planning to draw, but doodled during a meeting (a habit I’m trying to form) and ended up doing another Holo from memory and a recreation of my boy Akaimir, kinda from memory and imagination. Looks kinda goofy but I loved it.

🌾 Day 5 🌾
Challenged myself to draw Holo from memory! I already had drawn her multiple times the last days, so all that placement learning transferred over. The hair is decidedly different, gave it my own spin I guess.

Not sure what I'll draw today.

🌾 Day 4 🌾

Focused on the proper placement/proportions of the eyes/nose/mouth. Did a few attempts until I finally understood where to put things. Not perfect, but good enough for this stage.

Today I'll recreate the shapes without copying, giving me more freedom.

I’m working on an entry for the monthly challenge at #Vgen!
I really liked the Harvest theme and decided that Holo the Wise Wolf was perfect for it!

🌾 Day 3 🌾
Told myself I would focus on accurate placement of eyes/nose/mouth. I guess I did what I thought was a good attempt and continued with the hair, etc.

Then when I superimposed on top of the ref, immediately saw the mistakes.

Today I'll do better.
