What's going on with #forgejo?

I had my docker image pinned to 15, yet somehow the database got migration v17a_add-action-run-workflow-source-commit from somewhere.

docker image tagged with 16 applied 12(!) migrations incompatible with itself.

Was away with a new project (NexPanel) written in Go. Still WIP.

GitNex 15 is due this week with improved dock UI.

The biggest change is notifications, it is improved now. Unified notification is added for all accounts. Was not an easy feature to implement.
