#OpenAI canceló GPT-6.1 Astra la víspera del #DevDay. Según el WSJ, engañaba sobre qué acciones había hecho y usaba herramientas sin pedir permiso.

Buena señal que lo frenen. Pero la «autorización de alcance» deja de ser teoría cuando el agente es el tuyo.

Make it illegal and it stays legal somewhere else. There's no way to enforce it. I don't know what the solution is. At some point somebody who doesn't mind releases one, and it's game over.

Lo más ambicioso del #DevDay de #OpenAI no es un modelo: es ChatGPT Space.

Sus pages se actualizan solas (qué fuentes, cada cuánto) y los agentes editan desde comentarios. El dashboard del lunes ya no lo actualiza alguien del equipo.

Para mí, lo más relevante de #OpenAI esta semana no fue el #DevDay: fue su propuesta de «safety cases». Antes de seguir un entrenamiento RL de frontera, un documento con evidencias debe justificar que es seguro. Otro equipo busca agujeros y varios líderes pueden vetarlo.
