In June 1965, Prof Dr Laukien founded Spectrospin AG in Zurich together with #NMR specialists Dr Tschopp & Dr Keller. In 1967, it introduced the world’s 1st fully transistorized NMR spectrometer, the HFX-90, to the market (here's one from 1971).
