Bcos I am a lazy cook, I didn't blend b4 freezing & consequently defrosted the portion with a full garlic bulb.

Cept I can't taste or smell it cos...full of cold.

HAVING TRIED tried a few flatbread recipes over the years, including sourdough, I think I have found The One for general flatbreads and wraps.
Flour, small bit of oil (or butter), buttermilk, salt n pepper. I put fennel seeds in it.
