What if the law allows for the merger and our only argument is we don’t like? For good reason, we foresee bad outcomes but “we know how this goes” isn’t a legal argument.

Kinda like #trumpepstein. We normals knew how shit would go, but he won legally. I don’t see how Newsom is to blame for this.
