It looks so normal. You wouldnt know it wasn't an ordinary neighborhood house. But for some reason, it looks out of place, as if there's been a handyman fixing things that didn't need fixing. And fixing them wrong in ways you can't pinpoint.
The longer you look, the less things add up.

But Jack is more in tune with what that feeling means, and is more willing to talk about it and take it seriously as a clue that something is going on.

Well, presumably they both arrived specifically to investigate, but if not, Jack is the most curious about the possibility of a haunting here. Charlie doubts it, but is fine to check it out in case there's something else going on she can address.

It's cracked tile roof sloughs a row as they approach.

A smell of raspberry from a padlocked trap door to a basement.

The house is bright. It's so normal inside. But something hovers on your periphery. You feel watched. Judged. When you pass through the kitchen, you hear one of the plates crack and feel immense guilt.
