Spent the week in Sunrise Alarm. Every alarm still rings 5–15 minutes early so you're never scrambling. Learned that people actually like the surprise — they just want to hear the sound before they save. That's in now.

@jjcooldev.bsky.socialI didn't mean to ship eight apps. I meant to ship one. Then habits wanted a kinder tracker, money wanted a home that isn't Excel, and I accidentally made an alarm that fibs (helpfully). Using my own stuff is the whole point.
@jjcooldev.bsky.socialI've been shipping a handful of small apps this year — habits, money, alarms, Irish house prices, even a TV tracker. Still figuring out how to keep them feeling like one family. How it's going: slow, but I'm using them myself.
@jjcooldev.bsky.socialBeen working on habit analytics — streak, best, total, and a 7-day bar so you can see if you're still showing up, not just how long the fire's been going. Yoga's at 89 days with a free miss in the tank.

@jjcooldev.bsky.socialThis is the screen I open every morning — a year of dots so a streak feels like a run, not a number. Stretch already ticked. Water at 88. Yoga at 89. You can see the months you kept going.
@jjcooldev.bsky.socialI wanted Analytics to feel like proof, not a lecture. A week of ticks, the long streak, and a Grace Day so one miss doesn't wipe the pride — especially when water's been 89 days in a row.
@jjcooldev.bsky.socialI've been working on Habit Packs so self care isn't a blank page. Meditate, journal, skincare — add the bits you'll actually keep, skip the rest, and the routine still feels like yours.
@jjcooldev.bsky.socialI've been putting Habit Packs together so starting isn't a blank list. Morning, self care, fitness, sleep — steal a stack, keep what you'll actually do, and the first week feels less like homework.

@jjcooldev.bsky.socialThe habit list is the bit that makes Daily Streaks feel like yours. Water, stretch, sleep, a walk — ticks and a little fire, one day at a time, without making a miss feel like the end.
@jjcooldev.bsky.socialFactly drops a surprising fact every morning — tap for another whenever you want, share the one that made you smile, and set a gentle reminder so you never miss today’s spark.
@jjcooldev.bsky.socialI keep coming back to Goals because the bars don't lie. €25k in, €35k still to go — e-bike off the train, a house deposit, Japan, six months of safety. None of them done yet, all of them visible.
@jjcooldev.bsky.socialGoals is where Shield Money stops being a ledger. E-bike, house deposit, Japan in spring, six months of runway. You can see what's funded and what still needs showing up.
@stackscope.devFive months later, 1 in 10 April launches is dead, gone or down. Is yours still up, or did the domain quietly expire?

@jjcooldev.bsky.socialBeen polishing Shield Money's home screen — one glance at net worth, a growth line, months of runway, and a pie of where the money actually lives. The apartment, the savings, the debt. All of it, without a spreadsheet.

@jjcooldev.bsky.socialCash Flow is the bit I open most — pick a day, see where it went, and log the coffee before it vanishes. Groceries, transit, the Japan trip pot. One list, no mystery at month-end.
