@charlesmossman.bsky.socialGlad I waited til today for my 5x1K workout. Sunny, chilly and no wind. Tough session along a quiet back road watched by cows! 12 metre elevation change so the 3 “uphill” efforts a bit slower than the downhill. Ave pace was 5:25/km which if I can maintain at Saturdays #parkrun will be a year’s best.

@pdeb1958.bsky.socialPicked up this tip recently. Delighted with my 2nd Parkrun since mid-July. 33 will be my Autumn average and I may decide to give it a real go during winter if I feel good. A real go would mean chasing 29:52 that I set back in January.

There is an autumn gale blowing with heavy rain. Hopefully the weather will be fine tomorrow and I will do it then to prepare for next Saturday’s #parkrun
