@andria-kennedy.comI don't want to give too much away, but everyone already knows #MindWalkers is a series. So should already be some anticipation that not everything goes as planned.
And the bittersweetness of "You Haven't Seen the Last of Me" by Cher is perfect: youtu.be/YlIv9S1iB7g?....

For No Escape, this song fits because even a win leaves uncertainty in the war to maintain balance against powerful forces who thrive in chaos.
But becoming stronger as a team gives them hope, and in the end, that's all you've got to hold on to.
@sayaashrah.bsky.social#SongsOfSeptember 27. The song that I imagine playing at the end sequence is the same I shared on the theme day: Shudder Before the Beautiful by Nightwish.

This one's for No Shame, and Vero vs a clandestine highborn fae who tried to corrupt him before he learnt his own powers.
The Golden Court likes to play at being gods.
Vero becomes part of the guard meant to keep them in check.

I'm going the Shrek 2 route of endings. I wanna give the characters an ending of a story to enjoy themselves... party, listen to some good music, whatever. Give Grace and Scarlett more moments together... before everything takes a *fun* turn O_o
@lillostkitten.comThings are pretty open-ended, being that Sin-Eaters age slower than mortals. The Krewe may still be around in the modern nights? They remain together. Here's Bastille's "Skulls": youtu.be/eqN0SK8Sic0?... which indicates loyalties lasting to the grave & beyond.

Sick of the Blues by Porridge Radio, a song about finding joy in yourself, remembering that you’re the source of your own happiness even when your heart's broken. It's unfortunately very appropriate for one of the MCs at the end of Unbroken.

I cannot stress enough how TY4LM is not a Romance.
It's a coming of age story about love and growth and change. And sometimes that change isn't voluntary. Or easy.
But that's why we don't go it alone. 🦈

This song is a central BGM for the epilogue 😊 It shows just how much Reverie Lane has thrived and changed since it was introduced in Chapter 07!

One of my favorites that I stumbled on a few years ago.
@sainiku.northsky.socialWe're heading to the epilogue!
Anna Blue - Where Do I Go?
Fits just right, and is still vague enough for me to post without giving anything away. Enjoy!
@bumblebigirl.bsky.socialThis definitely how Dido on the Edge closes. Make of that what you will.

@serraleta.bsky.socialI still think of this as the 'closing credits' song for Lights 😅 The lyrics are incredibly on-point for Aurora's emotions & determination. While it's an upbeat, hopeful song, there's still a sense of unease during the choir portions.
For the translation... 🧵

@pjccahill.bsky.socialActually, yeah. This is from NICEF, and it's a specific moment of the denouement where Selene finally gets to help Taegen, who is breaking down with old grief that hasn't really had a chance to express yet. The lyrics are from Selene's perspective.
