STOPPP treating TOR & VAN like your golden children @thepwhl.com… You make it to obvious.

Giving not a single HNIC game to Ottawa is some bullshit and you know it.

The 2026-2027 PWHL season has been released! #PWHL

so @kylecush.bsky.social is not active here lately but is a great #PWHL source— I am so excited to hear we’ve got even more playoff hockey this year.

All Star Game + Conference Finals? Hell yeah!

I'm geeking out over the glut of #PWHL news this morning. Now we just need to know what the team names will be for San Jose, Detroit, Las Vegas, and Hamilton. Anyone want to make a guess?

#PWHL | I will be dropping schedules over the next 12 days including today. They are already out though if you want to see them. The playoff field has expanded to 8 teams. We start with the Ottawa Charge.

Also, for the Venue TBA game on Sat. February 27th, TD Garden has the Bruins playing the Redwings at 12:30, so they could definitely do a double header! Though wouldve been cooler if the Fleet were also playing Detroit. #BostonFleet #PWHL

The Fleet play the Victoire, Sceptres, & Sirens 4 times; the Charge & Hamilton 3 times; & everyone else (aka the Western Conference) twice. Though w/ takeover tour games, only the Scepters & Sirens will play in Boston twice. #BostonFleet #PWHL

No mention of the Bell Centre at the moment, although there is a location TBA in Montreal on April 3. Could that be the Bell Centre date? 🤔

#PWHL | Said this months ago, but it’s official now, so here we go. The PWHL now has 2 conferences. Here is the Eastern Conference.

#PWHL | Said this months ago, but it’s official now, so here we go. The PWHL now has 2 conferences. Here is the Western Conference.

Based on the currently posted schedule at Madison Square Garden, we're likely looking at either 1/31 (Montreal @ NY) or 2/7 (Seattle @ NY, last year's teams) for the NY Sirens game at MSG.

The PWHL will divide into two conferences forming an Eastern and Western Conference.

The league is also set to expand the number of Takeover Tour games and the number of teams qualifying for the playoffs and playoff rounds: thehockeynews.com/womens/pwhl/... #PWHL

In addition, for the PWHL playoffs, they are keeping the choose your opponent element, with the top team in each conference, selecting from the 3rd or 4th place team in their conference for the first round.

#PWHL

The PWHL playoff format is also updated!

There will be 8 teams competing in three rounds.

The top four teams in each conference qualify. The first round will be four best-of-three series, followed by best-of-five conference finals and a best-of-five PWHL Walter Cup Finals.

With the schedule release we also now know that:

There are 2 conferences! 18 in conference, 12 other conference games per team.

East: Boston, Hamilton, Montreal, NY, Ottawa, Toronto
West: Detroit, Las Vegas, Minnesota, San Jose, Seattle, Vancouver
