SURPRISE! Today we dropped a bonus ep on Horror Hour with the Hanna's on Practical Magic 2. It's not perfect, but some of the hate is a wee bit excessive in our opinion. Listen to the ep for our full review!

7.5/10

Trotz hoch poliertem Auftreten & der Vorhersehbarkeit gute Unterhaltung. Starke weibliche Charaktere, mit viel Witz und tollen Verbindungen untereinander. Herbstliche Empfehlung!

Wishing you a drama-free Tuesday 🙂 Today is my day off - so I am going to the cinema this afternoon, to watch Practical Magic 2 💜

I felt this to be a slightly better film just because there’s more magic and witchcraft actually in the film. But there really is no magic stronger than sisterhood and the Owen’s sisters prove that thanks to infectious chemistry from Nicole Kidman and Sandra Bullock

So yeah. #practicalmagic2 was a bit of a whiff. Hell, if you had to keep Sally the focus, then SHE should have made the sacrifice. Not her life, but her magic.
She blames magic for all her problems but uses it like breathing. Make her give up her ability to control everything to save the day.

So, #PracticalMagic2
I’ll admit I was a little dissatisfied with the movie. Other people have covered why and I largely agree; it was mostly the same conflict as the first movie, much of the same character beats.
They had a chance to build on the first movie, and decided to just rehash it.

To celebrate #PracticalMagic2, I tried all the foods and drinks from the first #PracticalMagic, including chocolate cake for breakfast, #MidnightMargaritas, and homemade pancakes that I DEFINITELY DID NOT GET AT IHOP. #food

In the last week, we've watched a number of fun horror flicks! Have you seen em? Which is your favorite?
